When you create your encryption keys, a dialog box may appear on your screen asking you to choose whether to save the file to a disk or to open the file. If this occurs, click on the radio button to Open the File, and click OK. It may take several minutes for the key generation process to complete. Please be patient.

You will be prompted to supply a pass phrase that will be used to decrypt (unscramble) your orders when you download them to your PC. Enter your pass phrase, and then enter it once again to confirm. The pass phrase must be a minimum of eight characters long, and must contain at least one digit and one punctuation character.

When you create your encryption keys, the Status dialog box displays telling you the status of your Key Generation. Until the Status dialog box disappears, the key generation is not finished. Please be patient. It may take several minutes for the process to complete. Once key generation is complete, your key is ready to be uploaded and you can generate your store.
